OUR PROJECTS
From Vision to Orchard: We Build What Lasts.
Every project we design is engineered to perform—year after year. From land selection to plantation to production, our teams ensure smooth execution, consistent reporting, and measurable results. The outcome? High-yield orchards that deliver annual dividends and long-term security for families.
Project 01
"From Skepticism to Ownership — Our Orchard Journey"
— Rajesh & Priya Malhotra, Delhi

HOW WE MET
We first heard of Sopta Farms through a close friend in 2021. Apple farming as an investment sounded unusual, and frankly, we were unsure. But Rishabh’s clarity, data-driven approach, and transparency encouraged us to visit the orchard ourselves.
WHAT HAPPENED NEXT
Within two weeks of our visit, we chose the Solo Orchard Partnership (5,000 trees).
The entire journey—from land identification and company setup to plantation—was smooth and professionally managed.
We received regular quarterly updates, photographs, and progress reports, and brought our children to see the orchard during the first year.
WHERE WE ARE TODAY
Our orchard entered commercial production in Year 3 (2024), yielding 18 metric tons of premium apples.
But the deeper reward is emotional, watching our children run through the orchard, hosting friends at our cabin, and knowing we're building a legacy that will last generations.

Project 02
"A Transparent Investment Backed by Real Soil and Real Returns"
— Arjun & Meera Kapoor, Gurgaon

HOW WE MET
As corporate professionals, we were looking for a stable, long-term investment outside the stock market. A YouTube interview featuring Sopta Farms caught our attention. The idea of owning a productive orchard—not just land—was refreshing.
WHAT HAPPENED NEXT
After two video calls and a farm visit, we opted for the Collective Orchard Alliance with four partners.
The legal structure, audited reports, and operational clarity gave us complete confidence.
From day one, we received soil reports, plantation videos, and monthly updates that made us feel like active partners—not passive investors.
WHERE WE ARE TODAY
By Year 2, we began seeing partial fruiting, and in Year 3, our orchard produced over 9 MT (our share). The experience has been incredibly rewarding, as we’ve witnessed our investment grow while staying actively involved in farm decisions. We feel confident in both the orchard’s productivity and the sustainable model that Sopta Farms has created.
Project 03
"From City Stress to Himalayan Calm — Our Orchard Became Our Family Escape"
— Vikram & Shalini Rao, Bengaluru

HOW WE MET
We stumbled upon Sopta Farms during a family trip to Dehradun. The idea of owning an orchard felt like a dream—but the structured model and professional management made it achievable. We booked a detailed consultation the very next week.
WHAT HAPPENED NEXT
We selected a 3,000-tree Solo Orchard and decided to build a small prefabricated cabin on our parcel.
Throughout plantation and setup, the Sopta team kept us updated with photos, drone shots, and monthly progress videos.
Their commitment to transparency truly stood out.
WHERE WE ARE TODAY
Standing in our orchard today—3 years later—feels surreal.
The orchard has become our retreat. Our daughter loves picking apples, and our parents enjoy spending quiet weekends in the hills.
It’s the only investment we own that brings both returns and peace of mind.
